Lorenzo Brogi-Skoskiewicz works with clients on a variety of financial and strategic communications projects related to corporate governance, investor relations and M&A.

At Gladstone, Lorenzo has supported companies including AB InBev, Bristol Myers Squibb, PepsiCo, Citgo and Barrick Mining. His transaction experience includes QXO’s $11 billion acquisition of Beacon Roofing Supply, Pfizer’s acquisition of Metsera for $10 billion, Janus Henderson’s $8.6 billion take-private with General Catalyst and Trian, Alaska Airlines’ $1.9 billion acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines, Giant Eagle’s sale of its GetGo business unit to Alimentation Couche-Tard and Castillo Hermanos’ acquisition of Harvest Hill Beverage Company. Lorenzo has also supported on shareholder activism engagements for a variety of clients, including The Walt Disney Company throughout its engagements with Trian Fund Management and Third Point Management, as well as Pfizer’s engagement with Starboard Value.

Lorenzo also helps curate Gladstone’s weekly newsletter covering the latest in the corporate governance and shareholder activism landscape.

Prior to joining Gladstone, Lorenzo worked in Florence, Italy at the European University Institute where he assisted in developing communications strategies for the university’s Finance, Media Law and Global Governance academic departments.

He holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, twice receiving the Strategic Communications Merit Fellowship Award, and bachelor’s degrees in Business and Anthropology from Skidmore College. Lorenzo is fluent in Italian and conversational in Polish and French.
