Max Friedman works with clients on financial and strategic communications, focusing on projects related to M&A, shareholder activism and issues management.
At Gladstone, Max has supported companies including Apollo Global Management, Marriott International, and PrizePicks on a variety of strategic communications mandates. His transaction communications experience includes Pfizer’s $10 billion acquisition of Metsera, HNI Corporation’s $2.2 billion acquisition of Steelcase Inc. and PrizePicks’ sale of a $1.5 billion majority stake to Allwyn International.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Max interned in the office of Senator Cory Booker where he researched and drafted memos and letters for Healthcare, Education, Foreign Policy and Technology Policy portfolios. He holds a B.A. in Politics with a minor in Italian Studies from New York University.
