Nuwar Osman works with clients on a variety of financial and strategic communications projects related to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, crisis management, and corporate governance.
At Gladstone, Nuwar has supported clients including Hillenbrand and IBM on a range of strategic communications. She has also worked on transactions including 3G Capital’s $9.4 billion acquisition of Skechers, HNI Corporation’s $2.2 billion acquisition of Steelcase, and Hillenbrand’s take-private by Lone Star Funds.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Nuwar supported a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia and worked in capital markets and investor relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and is fluent in Arabic.
