Janelle Puckering advises clients on financial and strategic communications, including issues management, corporate governance and shareholder activism defense across a range of industries.
At Gladstone, Janelle has supported companies including Salesforce, IBM, Baxter International, PrizePicks and more. She works on Gladstone’s weekly newsletter, which covers developments in the world of corporate governance and shareholder activism.
Janelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and English from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and serves on the Plank Center’s Emerging Leader Committee.
