Felipe Ucrós of Gladstone Place Partners Named to NIRI Class of 2020 “40 Under 40”
We’re pleased that the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) has named Felipe Ucrós, Senior Vice President at Gladstone Place Partners, to its class of 2020 “40 Under 40” recognition program, which honors the most talented young individuals in the investor relations community who have made noticeable contributions to their companies, NIRI chapters and the capital markets.
At GPP, Felipe has demonstrated outstanding leadership in business and shares NIRI’s Code of Ethics to ensure our clients are not only meeting but advancing best practices in investor relations and corporate disclosure.
Felipe has deep experience advising clients on IR issues, from preparing for and managing complex corporate disclosures, such as mergers or IPOs, to designing and executing investor audits and competitive analyses. He regularly counsels members of the C-suite and investor relations officers at public companies to ensure that all communications with investors and the broader public follow best practices and take into account current trends in disclosures, as well as the use of social and digital channels.
As an early member of the GPP team, Felipe has strong entrepreneurial instincts and played a pivotal role in establishing the firm’s practice areas, as well as building out our training programs when the firm launched in 2017.
