With One Year Complete at Gladstone Place Partners, Looking Ahead
A year ago today we at Gladstone Place Partners opened our doors. We started with a strong team that hit the ground running on day one, and we have made significant strides in a short 12 months.
I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together. We’ve worked with businesses across sectors, advised companies on some of the year’s largest transactions, and counseled executives and boardrooms on issues from activism and investor relations to corporate governance and crisis communications.
When we founded GPP, we deliberately wanted a diverse team with a broad range of backgrounds in finance and capital markets, communications, journalism, and more. We also wanted to focus on building a collaborative culture driven by our core values of integrity and trust, transparency, and shared vision. Our diverse team and our values are the keys to delivering excellent advice and service to our clients, a topic of much discussion at our 1st annual offsite in Hudson, NY, in early August.
Our team has been growing since our launch and it’s been exciting for me to watch our firm develop our culture – and the GPP way – from scratch. And only one year in, it feels like we have been together for years.
I’m thankful for the support we’ve received from our friends and clients in the financial and business community, and we at GPP look forward to many years of helping solve clients’ problems.
