

Brunswick Group Rainmaker Steve Lipin to Leave Advisory Firm

Steve Lipin, a senior partner at Brunswick Group in New York who has advised on some of the world’s biggest takeovers, is leaving the corporate advisory firm after more than a decade.
Lipin’s move was communicated via an internal memo today, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified as the details are private. He is planning to start his own corporate communications firm after taking some leave, the people said.
