Abigail Burlington is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where she works with clients on a variety of financial and strategic communications, including projects related to corporate governance, M&A and issues management across a range of industries.
Abby supports companies including American Securities, Diffusion, IBM, Illumina and Vistria on financial communications, media and investor relations and shareholder activism defense. Notable transaction experience includes advising on Weber’s $3.7 billion take-private by BDT Capital Partners and Pzena’s $795 million management take-private transaction.
Before joining Gladstone Place Partners, Abigail worked in the fine arts field. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Art History.
