Abigail BurlingtonAnalyst

Abigail Burlington is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where she works with clients on a variety of financial and strategic communications engagements, including projects related to corporate governance, M&A and issues management across a range of industries.

Abby supports companies including American Securities, IBM and Markel on financial communications, media and investor relations. Notable transaction experience includes supporting Weber’s $3.7 billion take-private by BDT Capital Partners and CorpAcq’s proposed business combination with Churchill Capital Corp VII, a special purpose acquisition company. Her activism experience includes supporting Illumina, Inc. throughout its engagement with Carl Icahn.

Abby also supports various internal initiatives, serving on the firm’s knowledge management, professional development, event planning and intern programming teams. She also helps curate Gladstone’s weekly newsletter covering the latest in the corporate governance and shareholder activism landscape.

Before joining Gladstone Place Partners, Abigail worked in the fine arts field. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Art History.
