Brendan BernsteinAnalyst
Brendan is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where he works on a variety of financial and strategic communications projects, focusing on corporate governance, M&A and issues management.
He began his career with a Fellowship at Fenton, a firm specializing in marketing and fundraising for 501(c)(3)s and NGOs focused on environmental, social and educational initiatives. Most recently Brendan was a Consultant at FTI in New York. At FTI, Brendan supported client engagements oriented around investor relations, financial communications, ESG advisory, corporate reputation and M&A with clients spanning various financial sectors.
Brendan assists with the development of Gladstone’s weekly newsletter covering updates in the world of corporate governance and shareholder activism.
Brendan is originally from Washington, D.C., and received his bachelor’s degree from Elon University in Political Science and Economics.
