Connor is an associate at Gladstone Place Partners, where he has worked on a range of financial communications and investor relations assignments, including corporate transactions, strategic pivots, and executive transitions.
Connor’s transaction experience includes the sale of Dunkin’ Brands to Inspire Brands for $11.3 billion, Pfizer’s spinoff and combination of its $25 billion generics business with Mylan, ADT Security’s $600 million partnership with Google Nest, Twilio’s $3.2 billion acquisition of Segment, and Hasbro’s $4 billion acquisition of eOne. Connor’s SPAC transaction experience includes WeWork’s proposed $9 billion merger with BowX Acquisition Corp., Churchill Capital Corp. IV’s proposed $24 billion merger with Lucid Motors, Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp.’s proposed $3.9 billion merger with Sharecare, Hudson Executive Investment Corp.’s proposed $1.4 billion merger with Talkspace, and VectoIQ Acquisition Corp.’s $3.3 billion combination with Nikola Corporation.
Connor has also worked on engagements for DXC Technology, The Kraft Heinz Company and The Howard Hughes Corporation, among others.
Connor was an intern at Gladstone Place Partners before joining the firm full-time. He received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, where he studied Finance and Political Science.
