Cristiana KamaisAssociate

Cristiana is an associate at Gladstone Place Partners, where she works on teams advising companies on a variety of financial and strategic communications projects, including M&A, profile-raising and crisis management.

Her notable transaction experience includes advising on Take-Two Interactive’s $12.7 billion proposed combination with Zynga, on Acceleron Pharma’s $11.5 billion sale to Merck, WeWork’s $9 billion SPAC merger with BowX Acquisition Corp. and Waldencast Acquisition Corp’s $1.2 billion three-way proposed combination with Obagi and Milk Makeup. She has also worked on corporate communications assignments for Accenture, Apollo, AT&T, Duke Energy, Nomad Foods and Twilio.

Cristiana held internships across various industries prior to joining Gladstone and throughout her undergraduate studies and completed two research projects that she presented at conferences and brought to publication. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and an MBA.
