Danielle FornabaioVice President
Danielle Fornabaio is a vice president at Gladstone Place Partners. She is an experienced strategic communications professional that serves as a trusted counselor for clients in the areas of financial communications, media relations, reputation and issues management.
Danielle has counseled several companies around significant transactions, including WeWork on its $9 billion SPAC merger with BowX Acquisition Corp., AT&T on its agreement to combine WarnerMedia with Discovery, Inc. and on the separation of its U.S. video business, including DIRECTV, and Qualcomm and SSW Partners’ proposed acquisition of Veoneer, among others.
She also worked with Sun Country Airlines on its IPO and supported Griffon Corporation throughout its proxy fight against activist investor Voss Capital.
Danielle advises a range of companies on strategic positioning, quarterly earnings communications, ESG reporting and leadership transitions.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Danielle was a director with FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment where she supported clients on message development, media strategy and engagement, litigation communications and thought leadership. She also led several pro-bono projects for New York-based nonprofits focused on underserved and at-risk youth. Before FTI, Danielle was an analyst with geopolitical research and risk analysis firm Political Alpha. She began her career at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University and is proficient in Italian.
