Danielle FornabaioVice President
Danielle Fornabaio is a vice president at Gladstone Place Partners. She is an experienced strategic communications professional and serves as a trusted counselor for clients on issues like financial communications, media relations, reputation and issues management.
Danielle’s transaction work includes GTCR and Reverence Capital Partners’ proposed acquisition of the asset management unit of Wells Fargo for $2.1 billion, Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp.’s proposed $3.9 billion SPAC merger with Sharecare, and WeWork’s proposed $9 billion SPAC merger with BowX Acquisition Corp., among others. She has also advised companies around strategic positioning, quarterly earnings communications, and leadership transitions.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Danielle was a director with FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment where she supported clients on message development, media strategy and engagement, litigation communications and thought leadership. During her time with FTI, Danielle focused primarily on the financial services sector, including private equity, wealth and asset management, insurance, and other industry associations and service providers. She also led several pro-bono projects for New York-based nonprofits focused on underserved and at-risk youth.
Before FTI, Danielle was an analyst with geopolitical research and risk analysis firm Political Alpha. She began her career at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University and is proficient in Italian.
