Felipe is a partner at Gladstone Place Partners, where he advises companies on matters related to investor relations, M&A, litigation and issues management. He has broad experience working on a range of strategic communications issues across industries and geographies.
Felipe has worked on financial communications and investor relations assignments for companies including AT&T, CVS Health, GE, Groupe Renault and Marriott International. Highlights of his transaction experience include advising The Walt Disney Company on its $71 billion acquisition of the entertainment assets of 21st Century Fox, WeWork on its proposed $9 billion SPAC merger with BowX Acquisition Corp., AB InBev on its $20.1 billion acquisition of Grupo Modelo of Mexico, and the sale of Dunkin’ Brands to Inspire Brands for $11.3 billion, among others.
His litigation experience includes supporting BP in litigation communications matters related to the Deepwater Horizon accident and spill, where he led the design of the company’s online and social media communications efforts on these issues, and supporting Sycamore Partners on the termination of its agreement to acquire Victoria’s Secret.
Felipe joined Gladstone after earning an MBA at Columbia Business School. Before attending Columbia, Felipe worked at Brunswick Group. Felipe graduated summa cum laude from New York University, earning bachelor’s degrees in History and Communications Studies. His mother tongue is Spanish.
