Felipe Ucrós is a partner at Gladstone Place Partners, where he advises companies on strategic and communications matters related to investor relations, M&A, litigation and issues management. He has broad experience working on a range of issues across industries and geographies.
Felipe has worked on financial communications and investor relations assignments for companies including AT&T, IBM, CVS Health, GE and Renault Groupe. Highlights of his transaction experience include advising The Walt Disney Company on its $71 billion acquisition of the entertainment assets of 21st Century Fox, WeWork on its strategic repositioning and $9 billion NYSE listing via SPAC, Cargill and Continental Grain on their proposed $4.5 billion acquisition of Sanderson Farms, AB InBev on its $20.1 billion acquisition of Grupo Modelo and Dunkin’ Brands sale to Inspire Brands for $11.3 billion.
His issues management experience includes supporting BP in litigation communications matters related to the Deepwater Horizon accident and spill, supporting Sycamore Partners in the termination of its agreement to acquire Victoria’s Secret and helping privately held firms manage critical issues ranging from in-depth investigative articles to government inquiries.
Felipe helped establish Gladstone after earning an MBA at Columbia Business School. Before Columbia, he worked at Brunswick Group. Felipe graduated summa cum laude from New York University, earning bachelor’s degrees in History and Communications Studies. His mother tongue is Spanish.
