Jacob Randall-BodmanAnalyst

Jacob Randall-Bodman is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where he advises companies in a variety of areas, including financial communications, M&A and shareholder engagement.

Jacob’s transaction work includes advising Baxter International on the proposed spinoff of its Renal Care business as well as Oklo’s proposed business combination with AltC, a special purpose acquisition company. Jacob supported Nikola on its agreement to acquire energy technology leader, Romeo, and its subsequent campaign to secure shareholder support through social media engagement on various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Reddit.

Jacob began his career at a bespoke merchant bank and brand advisory firm based in Portland, Oregon. During his undergraduate studies, he authored a research project in economics and comparative political philosophy, for which he was awarded the Leland J. Gordon Prize in Economics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from Denison University.
