Jacob Randall-BodmanAnalyst
Jacob Randall-Bodman is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where he helps advise companies in a variety of areas, including financial communications, M&A and shareholder engagement. He joined Gladstone full time after completing a summer internship with the firm.
Jacob’s transaction work includes advising Baxter International on the proposed spinoff of its Renal Care business and Nikola on its agreement to acquire energy technology leader, Romeo, and its campaign to secure shareholder support through social media engagement on various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Reddit.
Jacob began his career at a bespoke merchant bank and brand advisory firm based in Portland, Oregon. During his undergraduate studies, he authored a research project in economics and comparative political philosophy, for which he was awarded the Leland J. Gordon Prize in Economics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from Denison University.
