Keilley is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners, where she supports clients on financial and strategic communications, including projects related to corporate governance, M&A and issues management across a range of industries.
Keilley’s transaction work includes advising on Churchill Capital Corp. IV’s merger with Lucid Motors, FirstMark Horizon Acquisition Corp.’s $1.6 billion SPAC merger with Starry Inc., 3G Capital’s $7.1 billion acquisition of Hunter Douglas and CLEAR Secure’s IPO. She has also worked on corporate communications mandates for companies including AB InBev, IBM, AT&T, LIVEKINDLY Collective and Howmet Aerospace.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Keilley supported the office of the CEO and served as a branding and communications intern at Blue Meridian Partners, a pioneering philanthropic organization finding and funding scalable solutions to the problems that limit economic mobility.
Keilley graduated from the University of Florida where she received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. While completing her undergraduate studies, she co-founded the Black Public Relations Student Society and interned in the Office of Inclusion at Gainesville Regional Utilities, where she organized community-centered events and maintained relationships with local nonprofit organizations.
