Keilley is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners, where she supports clients on financial and strategic communications, including projects related to corporate governance, M&A transactions and issues management across a range of industries.
Project highlights include supporting Churchill Capital Corp. IV in its proposed $24 billion SPAC merger with Lucid Motors and VectoIQ Acquisition Corp. II in its IPO. She has also worked on corporate communication mandates for companies including Howmet Aerospace and LIVEKINDLY Collective.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Keilley supported the office of the CEO and served as a branding and communications intern at Blue Meridian Partners, a pioneering philanthropic organization finding and funding scalable solutions to the problems that limit economic mobility.
Keilley graduated from the University of Florida where she received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. While completing her undergraduate studies, she co-founded the Black Public Relations Student Society and worked as an account supervisor at Alpha Productions, a student-run public relations firm. She also interned in the Office of Inclusion at Gainesville Regional Utilities, where she organized community-centered events and maintained relationships with local nonprofit organizations.
