Lorenzo Brogi-Skoskiewicz is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where he advises clients on a variety of financial and strategic communications projects related to corporate governance, shareholder engagement and M&A.

At Gladstone, Lorenzo has supported companies including AB InBev, Citigroup, Bristol Myers Squibb and Barrick Gold, and has worked on transactions including Alaska Airlines’ proposed acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines for $1.9 billion and HNI Corporation’s $485 million acquisition of Kimball International. Lorenzo has supported The Walt Disney Company throughout its engagement with Trian Partners and Third Point Management.

He also helps curate Gladstone’s weekly newsletter covering the latest in the corporate governance and shareholder activism landscape.

Prior to joining Gladstone, Lorenzo worked in Italy at the European University Institute where he assisted in developing communications strategies for the university’s Finance, Media Law, Global Governance and Environmental Policy academic departments.

He holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degrees in Business and Anthropology from Skidmore College. During his graduate studies he was twice awarded the Strategic Communications Merit Fellowship Award. Lorenzo is fluent in Italian and French and conversational in Polish.
