Lorenzo Brogi-SkoskiewiczAnalyst
Lorenzo Brogi-Skoskiewicz is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where he advises clients on a variety of financial and strategic communications projects related to corporate governance, shareholder engagement and M&A. He joined Gladstone full-time after completing an internship with the firm.
His experience includes supporting The Walt Disney Company throughout its contest with activist investor Trian Partners, WeWork on its recent debt restructuring as well as HNI Corporation’s proposed $485 million acquisition of Kimball International. Lorenzo has also supported clients including Bristol Myers Squibb, AB InBev and Barrick Gold. He also helps curate Gladstone’s weekly newsletter covering the latest in the corporate governance and shareholder activism landscape.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Lorenzo worked in Italy at the European University Institute where he assisted in developing communications strategies for the university’s Finance, Media Law, Global Governance and Environmental Policy academic departments. He holds an M.S. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business and Anthropology from Skidmore College. During his graduate studies he was twice awarded the Strategic Communications Merit Fellowship Award. Lorenzo is fluent in Italian and French and conversational in Polish.
