Marissa is an analyst at Gladstone Place Partners where she works across industries on financial communications projects.
At Gladstone, Marissa’s transaction experience includes Sun Country Airlines’ $218 million Nasdaq IPO, Hudson Executive Investment Corp.’s proposed $1.4 billion SPAC merger with Talkspace, and GTCR and Reverence Capital Partners’ proposed $2.1 billion acquisition of Wells Fargo Asset Management. She has also worked on a variety of assignments for AT&T, Markel Corporation, Pfizer and Arbor Realty Trust, among others.
Prior to joining, Marissa worked at Baretz+Brunelle, where she focused on legal communications and partnered with attorneys to secure feature stories and perform client-centered research. Before Baretz+Brunelle, she conducted market research for Fortune 500 companies operating in the food and beverage sector and worked on numerous film production projects.
Marissa received her master’s degree from Columbia University, where she examined the sociocultural implications of media narratives, and received her bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study. She is an avid tennis fan who enjoys watching movies and sharpening her photography skills.
