
Michael Landau
Senior Vice President
Michael Landau advises companies on communications matters related to investor relations, M&A, shareholder activism, corporate reputation and issues management. He has over a decade of agency and in-house public company experience providing strategic communications and investor relations counsel to clients across all industries.
At Gladstone, Michael has worked on financial communications, investor relations, and corporate positioning assignments for companies including Salesforce, Marriott International, and PrizePicks. His transaction experience includes advising Pfizer on its $10 billion acquisition of Metsera, QXO on its $11 billion acquisition of Beacon Roofing Supply and its $17 billion proposed acquisition of TopBuild, Rayonier on its $8.2 billion combination with PotlatchDeltic, HNI on its $485 million acquisition of Kimball International, and Oklo on its $850 million business combination with AltC and public listing. Michael is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and was named to the 2025 class of NIRI’s Rising Leaders under 40.
Prior to Gladstone, Michael was the director of corporate communications at NYSE-listed Minerals Technologies (MTI). In this role, he developed the company’s global communications agenda with responsibility for the Annual and Sustainability Reports, investor-focused activities, employee communications, and digital media. Before MTI, Michael was a director at Joele Frank, where he advised clients on a variety of special situations, including M&A and activism.
Michael graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development. He lives in Jersey City with his wife and two kids.
