Vanessa EsparzaPartner, People and Administration

Vanessa is partner, people and administration at Gladstone Place Partners. As a member of the management committee, she supports the firm’s growth and strategy, including professional and personal development of team members, as well as providing operational and administrative leadership to the firm. Vanessa’s primary focus includes talent management and recruiting; leadership coaching; and employee communications and engagement.

Prior to Gladstone Place, Vanessa was an executive director at Brunswick Group where she managed client onboarding for the U.S. M&A and shareholder activism practices. She was also a member of the firm’s business operations group supporting various internal initiatives.

Vanessa holds a master’s degree in Human Capital Management from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado. She is a certified leadership coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Vanessa sits on the NY Chapter Board of Gift of Adoption and supports Exhale to Inhale, a New York-based non-profit that provides trauma-informed yoga to domestic violence survivors. Vanessa lives in New York City and is fluent in Spanish.
